When can I make team changes?
Team changes can be made at all times during the competition, except for the two hour period after the scheduled start of each race. Qualification can act as a useful guide for the race, with points available for moving up the grid, so it's still well worth looking on the site for details of qualifying positions.
Please note that the time of the scheduled start of a race may differ from the time that the actual race starts, so don't leave things to chance by leaving changes to the last minute!
How many team changes can I make?
Team changes are unllimited for the duration of the Warm-Up Championship and up until the start of the Main Championship. Once the Main Championship begins on Sunday, 17 April, team managers may make unlimited changes between each race out of their quota of 25 team changes available for the remainder of the season. This may comprise any combination of driver and constructor changes. There is no additional limit to the number of changes between races, meaning that you can make as many changes as necessary before each race so long as you remain within your overall transfer quota.
How do I make team changes?
To make changes, click on the CHANGE SELECTION button on your team screen and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
Please note that you must always ensure that your selections consist of six drivers and one constructor and remain within the allocated $100m budget.
How can I cancel team changes?
Changes made in preparation for a race can be cancelled by clicking the CANCEL CHANGES button your the team screen and your transfer quota will also be reimbursed accordingly. Changes made prior to the previous race cannot be reversed.
When are the scores updated?
The all-important qualifying positions will be updated shortly after qualification has been completed, although this does not directly affect any scores. The provisional race update will take place no more than two hours after the race has been completed, with the confirmed update completed within 24 hours.
