How many teams may I enter?
You can enter as many teams as you like - your wallet's your limit!
I want to enter two or more teams. How can I avoid them being placed in the same Prize League?
Teams are inserted into Prize Leagues in chronological order of being registered. Therefore, leaving several hours between registering your teams will increase the chances of your teams being placed in separate Prize Leagues. If, however, your teams do end up in the same Prize League, then contact us with details of the teams that you wish to separate.
I keep getting automatically logged-out or receive the message, "cannot retrieve details from user session". What can I do?
Please ensure that you have cookies enabled on your browser - refer to http://www.google.com/cookies.html to enable cookies. This is almost certainly the cause of your problem.
You may also need to remove your temporary internet items (on Internet Explorer - Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files) and check your cache settings (on Internet Explorer - Tools, Internet Options, Settings, Automatically).
